What is your return policy for miniature figures?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that custom-painted or bespoke orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Do the miniatures come prepainted or assembled?
Unless specified as 'Pre-Painted' in the product description, most of our miniatures are supplied unpainted and may require some assembly using hobby glue.
